You will receive an invite in your email inbox when a member of the ThisThat team adds your organisation to the platform. Follow the link in the email to sign up.
You will then become the owner of the organisation (see Permissions & Organisation Members for more details on permissions and adding your team members).
Before you can launch a survey, you need to set up your card details. Click on the banner at the top of the page to set card details. This is used for any subscription payments and for payments for any data you collect from panels.
