First things first! You will need the URL of the Instagram account you are trying to access. You will also need to ensure that this Instagram account you are trying to access is set up as a business or influencer account and is linked to a Facebook Page.

1. Go To Your Business Manager Settings ⬇️

1. **Head To ‘Pages’ 📋

On the left-hand side, there is a list of options. Under ‘Accounts’, you will find ‘Pages’.

1. Request Access To A Page 📋

Once you reach the ‘Pages’ section, there is an ‘Add’ button with a down arrow in the top right. Click on this, and it will present three options. You will need to select ‘Request Access to a Page’.

1. Search For The Account Using The URL 🎉

Then you can input the URL of the page you are trying to access. Once selected, you can choose the correct permission levels—these are the two toggles: ‘Ads’ and ‘Insights’. Turn these on.

1. The Account Will Be Notified

That’s it! Your request has been sent. The only thing left is for the account you’re requesting access from to approve it. They will be notified. Alternatively, to approve, they need to:

1. Go to the Facebook Page linked to their Instagram account.
