Not every survey will be unique so you can save time in scripting your survey by adding questions to your question bank.

Specifically, it’s quite likely that many of your surveys will inclide questions on agreeability (Likert) scales, age breaks, gender identification and more.

Step 1.

Hit the Create Survey button on your homepage.

Step 2.

Now you’re in the survey, write out your question (maybe for the last time)

Step 3.

Now you’ve written your question, it should look something like this.

Step 4.

At the top right of your question card, you’ll see two squares with a plus symbol. This is where you’ll add the question to your question bank.

You’ll have to name your question which is how people will see it when they are looking for questions to use. We recommend giving the most accurate name that reflects the campaign objections or KPIs you use frequently e.g. Agreeability or Consideration.
