Steps for Instagram Access:

1. Head to the ThisThat Connect App

   🔗 connect.thisthat.tt

   • Once on the app, follow these steps:
     • Select Instagram.
     • Enter your Instagram handle and the campaign name (e.g., Starbucks, Coca-Cola).

2. Confirm Your Account Type

   • Ensure your Instagram account is set up as either a Creator or Business account (personal accounts are not eligible).

3. Confirm Instagram is Linked to a Facebook Page

   • Your Instagram account must be connected to a Facebook page for us to gain access.
   • Please confirm that your Instagram account is linked to the correct Facebook page.

4. Authorise Access in Facebook

   • Log into Facebook and select the page and business account you want to give access to.

   • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the authorisation by selecting the correct page.

5. Wait for Confirmation

   • Once the process is complete, wait for the confirmation page to load, which indicates that ThisThat has successfully been granted access.
